Lean Belly Prescription Review

The Lean Belly PrescriptionWe all understand that having a lot of belly fat can be bothersome. It doesn’t just give us those ugly “muffin tops”; it places stress on the rest of our bodies and adds to problems like coronary disease, diabetes and more. There is a brand-new book, though, named The Lean Belly Prescription that, according to the marketing, will help you lose your muffin top while simultaneously improving your health. This book has lots of reviews already and we wanted to know if it was superior to anything else that people are already buying so we decided to check it out.

You can purchase The Lean Belly Prescription book at a “regular” book selling website like Barnes and Noble, Borders as well as on Amazon.com. This is excellent because doing so will help the book gain legitimacy. This makes it a lot easier to have confidence in as well because you won’t have to worry about an affiliate inflating the review to make sure that you buy the book even if they know that the book won’t be helpful. The book is also composed by Travis Stork. He is renowned from his time on “The Bachelor” reality program in addition to his frequent appearances on “The Doctors”, a syndicated daytime program. He is definitely more, however, than just a TV character. He is a genuine physician who works in an emergency room at a reputable hospital.

The guide was created to promote the Pick 3 to Lean program that Dr. Stork has developed. The Pick 3 to Lean system makes it possible to customize your diet and lifestyle habits but isn’t going to require you to spend hours and hours working out a gym. The system claims to help you lose weight without having to give up any of the things you love—food, free time, etc. The plan is centered on the N.E.A.T (or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) theory. This theory declares that it is possible to use up calories without having to work out.

From what we could see, the book makes lots and lots of assurances but doesn’t offer any new or important information. Simply put, this guide doesn’t seem to offer you anything that you will not discover by doing a couple of Google searches and using your common sense. It will probably be very disappointing for those who were looking for a real reason behind the guidelines the book gives. There is hardly any theory inside the pages of this guide. The readers are only given some outlines and plans and told to follow along. If you are a person who enjoys being given clear cut plans but doesn’t want to have to stress about the whys of what you are doing, this could be a good book for you.

Traditional common sense tells us that the only real way to lose weight is to take in good food and get regular exercise. This book ” The Lean Belly Prescription” defies that sort of common sense so we don’t truly know whether or not it is going to work as well as it promises to. Of course, it’s definitely worth a look, particularly if you get permission from your physician (your own doctor, not the doctor who wrote the book).
